King Suite at the Crofton Seaside Inn

① No candles, incense, or other open flames in guest rooms. ② Lock room and exterior doors whenever you leave the property by pressing the "Yale" button. ③ Maximum occupancy is 2 guests per room. No unregistered guests are permitted on the property without the owner's prior permission, including in the backyard. ④ No food in the bedrooms. Food may be consumed in the lounge or backyard. ⑤ Shoes off at the door. ⑥ Do not remove white towels from your room. Grey towels may be taken outside the suite (e.g., to the beach or pool) but must be returned to the room after use. ⑦ There is no on-site laundry. The nearest laundromat is one block up the street. ⑧ Rinse off sand and saltwater using the outside hoses before coming inside. ⑨ A rack is available on the deck for wet bathing suits and towels. No other laundry is permitted. ⑩ Public parking is available on Joan Avenue — please follow posted municipal signs. ⑪ Garbage bins are available in your bathroom and the lounge. Garbage and recycling bins are also available at the front of the property. ⑫ Report any maintenance issue, breakage, or damage to the owner as soon as you notice it. ⑬ Intoxication or disruptive behaviour affecting other guests, neighbours, or the property will not be tolerated. ⑭ Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. ⑮ No smoking anywhere on the property, including guest rooms, the lounge, and the yard. ⑯ The BBQ is available 8:00 AM–9:00 PM for guest use; please clean the grill after use. ⑰ No events, parties, or gatherings without the owner's advance written consent. ⑱ No commercial photography.
